Men's Club News

I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for reading this newsletter, it's different from the rest of the newsletters that you will see coming from me but it's the most important newsletter that I've written thus far.

All of us know a Veteran. Maybe it's someone in your family, a friend, a co-worker, or maybe it's even you. No matter how long a Veteran has served, no matt
er where a Veteran has served, the reason in their heart is the same. They have a passion to serve and protect. They've set aside all other priorities in their life to devote themselves to their country. And that to me carries more honor than anything else. That to me deserves the upmost recognition.

Grand American Franchise Corporation is proud to be a sponsor of the VA Hospital and our Veterans. We are dedicated to doing whatever we can to show our respect, our gratitude, and our appreciation for our Veterans.

With that we have decided to host a Benefit Dinner & Silent Auction to raise funds for the needs of the VA Hospital. Proceeds from the evening will be set aside in a fund that we have established specifically for the VA Hospital. With that fund we are able to go to the VA Hospital and ask them what their needs are. Some of their Veterans have been homeless and without clothing or personal care items. My promotions staff and I will have the ability to purchase those things for them and deliver them personally. Some of our Veterans are away from home because of surgery and rehabilitation and can't travel to go see their families for the upcoming holidays. We can offer the funds available to be able to transport our Veterans so they can spend time with the people they love. VA HospitalThe needs of our Veterans are numerous and no matter what they are, we are dedicated to fulfilling some of those needs. I invite you to attend the Benefit Dinner & Silent Auction on September 10th from 5-10pm at the Crazy Horse Men's Club in Bedford Heights. We will be having the event in our private banquet room that is upstairs from the main floor of the club. We also have a private entrance to the banquet room that is away from the main entrance to the club as well. The evening will include Dinner & Wine Tasting, an Assortment of Desserts, and a Silent Auction. Some of the Silent Auction Items include, a Crazy Horse Gift Basket, Hotel Packages, Golf Outing Packages, Spa & Tanning Packages, Autographed DVD's & Photographs from Angel Vain, Band Merchandise, Vendor Branded Merchandise, and much more. After the event, guests are welcomed onto the main seating area to enjoy our club at their leisure.

Outside of raising funds through a Benefit Dinner and other upcoming events, we are also donating our time as well. Last Saturday, two of the ladies from my promotions staff and I attended a picnic for the Veterans at the VA Hospital in Brecksville. The Louis Stokes Rehabilitation Campus in Brecksville is home to many Veterans who are recovering from a surgery or injury or who can no longer care for themselves on their own. The VA Hospital along with the members of the Rolling Thunder put together a picnic, car and bike show for the Veterans. We spent our afternoon taking the Veterans that were in wheelchairs down to the picnic and served them lunch, and then wheeled them through all the classic cars and bikes so they could vote on their favorites. We had the opportunity to spend time with them, connect with them, allow them to share their stories and enjoy an exciting day outside in the gorgeous weather. When the day was over we took them back to their rooms and said our goodbyes. I wouldn't have wanted to spend that day anywhere else. It was truly an amazing experience. We're looking forward to going back and spending more time with them in the near future.

Now I ask that we all come together for this Benefit Dinner and enjoy an exciting evening while helping our Veterans. If you have any additional questions or you wish to donate Silent Auction Items or Purchase Tickets, please contact me at anytime. Tickets are available for $25 per guest and can be purchased through me or at any of the GAFC Clubs. Thank you in advance for your support and taking the time to read this letter. This experience and the opportunity to be involved in such a wonderful organization is very important to me.

Thanks for reading Eastsiders, keep on the look out for my next newsletter that will fill you in on our entire agenda for the month. Until next time!

Best Regards
